1-on-1 Initial Assessment: Baseline testing with VALD technology to measure sport-relevant metrics like strength, rate of force development, reactive strength index, and more.
Strength and Conditioning Classes: Small group classes, twice per week on Monday and Wednesday from 3:30-4:25pm.
Progress Reports: Athletes and parents will be contacted by our coaches mid-program with a progress overview.
6-Week Re-Test: All athletes will re-test their metrics on the VALD equipment at the end of each 6-week cycle. Fridays at 3:30pm.
