    The Athlete Catalyst 6-Week Performance Program is an intensive training experience designed to fast-track athletic development. Over the course of six focused weeks, athletes will train with purpose—building strength, speed, power, and agility through structured sessions that combine expert coaching and science-backed methods.

    Each athlete is assessed using our VALD force plates and ForceFrame Max systems, allowing us to track performance with precise, standardized metrics. With clear progress markers and individualized feedback, this program delivers measurable improvements in just six weeks.
